The place was horrible; Avoid at all cost! It rained and water came in the windows; soaked the floors, ruined a book, wet the rugs. When I messaged someone they offered to send some extra towels. I said it needed more than towels. He said someone would try to come the next day; NO ONE came!  Didn’t offer to repay me for the ruined book. The unit was always damp and moldy smelling. Great location, comfortable room, but not helpful if you wanna watch TV at any time that you’re there – they did not change the time on the TV system back an hour in the fall, so all TV listings were one hour ahead and you can never see what’s playing at the time you’re trying to watch. Repeated requests to get it fixed were unsuccessful and no one returned my call about whether there would be any accommodation for the frustration of never being able to choose something to watch because the guide never told you what was avai... read more
