DO NOT BOOK WITH KASA.COM! SCAM! If I could choose zero stars I would. Do not book with Kasa!! I booked a “refundable” reservation, and they did not refund when I needed to cancel for an Emergency. It is a scam. I paid more for a refundable rate and they kept my entire payment of $648. Absolutely Horrible customer service!
A Complete Disaster – Stay Away from The King Street House by Kasa This was hands down one of the most infuriating travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I booked, the process was a mess. First, I was forced to upload my driver’s license—fair enough, except their system rejected it multiple times without explanation. Always a most pleasant experience staying at The Sonder. Price was reasonable and everything we wanted was so centrally located. Nothing like staying here in Old Town Alexandria! The Sonder is always our hotel of choice.
