We booked it in January and got randomly cancelled the End of June without any email or other information. They just payed ud back but due to the change in the US Dollar we lost 50 CHF/Euros. We were lucky to see it before we went there in July, otherwise we would have arrived without a hotel… very very disappointing☹️ would never book with Sonder again.

Booked for a trip in July and now cancelled without any explanation and I have still not received my refund. Why let people book if you know you will cancel?
The apartment itself was fine. Compact but very clean and had everything we needed. Useful free lockers for bags in the lobby but a limited amount. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, coffee etc was supplied and there were refills available in the lobby to help yourself. Small touches could have improved the comfort, for example the curtains were obviously brand new as still had the creases out the packet, but not sure they got the right size as a small gap at sides or middle. Booked with this company back in February for my upcoming America trip in October. To only receive an email saying my booking has been cancelled and I will be issued a refund. Tried contacting the company and all they can say is contact booking.com to deal with it. No reasoning why this has been cancelled and my booking is still active so they haven’t even actually cancelled it to revive my refund. What. A. Joke.
