THERE IS NO ELEVATOR! It’s misleading on all of the Marriott information. Be careful!!! It’s a 5 story walk up.

Don’t stay here. It’s not worth the price. The Westin in downtown is legit the same price. The room is cramped and outdated. Your shower is next to your bed. No elevator to get luggage up. No desk in the room. No I’m sure parking. The garage they recommend is not secure at all. The bed is like sleeping on a rock. This is shameful for being on the Marriott app. Stay at a normal hotel. Marriott needs to note this as a hostel, not a hotel

Cannot comment about the stay but the booking management is very unprofessional. My booking was cancelled without my consent or any type of notice in advance, just 1 hour before the check-in time. No apologies no explanation no help with relocation or rebooking, and no compensation. They simply told me it’s due to no room available, which was not a valid reason because I had already completed the only check-in process and been assigned a room with access code in the system. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but my experience at The Boylston on Capitol was unacceptable. We were placed on the 5th floor of the building with no elevator access whatsoever—a serious oversight for any modern accommodation, let alone one affiliated with Marriott. This might not be an issue for everyone, but I have third-degree burns on my legs, and the stairs were incredibly painful and exhausting.
