The room was small but cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and they arrived quickly. The wifi wasn’t working for the tv, and help came quickly. In spite of no reception staff, staff was available quickly by chat. The location was excellent. I guess I have nothing but great things to say about Sonder at Boylston!
Loved the quaint room, very modern and clean! Water and coffee stations were a plus! Loved the location, close to everything and the code left me feeling safe and efficient.
check in process was incredibly easy, the luggage storage do fill up somewhat fast so if your flight gets in after noon i’d prepare for that. the room was perfect for me being by self, loved the location very walkable (wear the right shoes!) only complaint was that my chrome casting abilities stopped working on the last night on the tv but honestly not a huge deal. will definitely be booking with sonder again thank you guys!!
