The check in through the app takes forever, I've been waiting in their hallway(they don't have a lobby) for my access code for 30 minutes to no avail. None of the employees have been remotely helpful.

We usually love the sonders in canada but this one is not on the same level. Rooms are noisy inside (aircon unit is very loud and central aircon cannot be changed). Service is questionable, there is no lift which is fine but they have a sign saying that if you need to use the luggage lift to call/text - we did and only received a response 2-3hrs later which isn’t helpful at all. As others have said, this is NOT a hotel even though it is listed as a Marriott Bonvoy property. It’s a glorified dorm room. The industrial style and lack of decor made it feel clinical and cold, not welcoming or comfortable. The tiny bottle of bath gel was less than half full and the bath and bed linens were low quality. Also the first night was almost $700 - surge pricing not appreciated. I expected something much nicer for that much. Horrible value. I chose it for location, would not return.

We booked a room for an overnight stay and unfortunately our flight date changed. When we asked the hotel, 1 month ahead of time to see if we could move the date, they refused, saying that this was not in their policy and refusing to accommodate us in spite of having availability across both dates. This, to me, shows how poor the service is, and a massive lack of humanity. Thanks for nothing.
