Great little place that is close to a lot of different restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The place was so accessible to everything we need to go/do! Close to good restaurants and coffee house! Capitol Hill has a great vibe! Clean room, excellent staff (Natalie was awesome, super helpful and exceptional!). Will definitely book here again.

Very charming, rooms are very small but sufficient. Staff was kind and accommodating. Some reviews say there’s no staff around but they were there anytime we needed them.

I don't want to sound like a fake review because that annoys me and I feel like I can never get a true sense of the place. But, my stay at Boylston was great. Good location, great, helpful staff, and nice rooms. I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. Only thing to be aware of is the water isn't super warm in the morning for some reason. Other than that it was great! Highly recommend for travelers!

It's a small hotel with efficiency rooms - in one room there's a bed, counter with sink, mini fridge, nice sized TV, and walk in shower in the corner and a separate toilet closet. The beds are nice, the place is very clean, and I feel safe here. The manager, Jeremiah, is very nice and personable. And it's on Capitol Hill; anything you need can be found within a few blocks, including many varied restaurants.
