We were unexpectedly put in a basement unit with no windows, then woken up at 2am by screaming from an adjacent unit (thin walls…). It turned out to be a domestic dispute, and we ended up calling the cops who had a lot of trouble accessing the unit. We bailed on our 2nd night’s stay since the place did not feel safe, and Sonder refused to refund the 2nd night.

Apartment was within walking distance to downtown. Apartment was esthetically pleasing very modern and nice. Easy self checking was also a plus.

This is my 3rd sonder stay. And I'm looking into my 4th. 1st off their prices are amazing. Their properties are always in areas of cites that are exciting and fairing located to attractions! Our 2 bedroom was such a dream we stayed for 2extra days. The beds are so cozy it's hard to wake up. I love that there's a full kitchen so you can make a meal on your trip which is a great way to bond and save a lil extra cash! Stay sonder, you won't be disappointed!

Built for Instagram, not sleeping. Great location—easy walk to the river walk, and also plenty of non tourist trap restaurants. Located at a busy intersection and the dumpster area for a restaurant, so very loud. The historical windows look cool, and let in tons of light, but it sounds like the street and garbage trucks are in your room because the windows don’t properly close.

Clean, well appointed apartment with two good-sized rooms and a living area that includes a sofa bed. It's in a great location near The Alamo. I've used this apartment building twice now - both times for attending a convention. It's ideal if you want to have a proper kitchen and in-room laundry facilities.
