Cancelled booking before date without any warning or reasoning.
They canceled my stay unexpectedly 20 minutes after I was supposed to check in. The email said the cancellation was payment related (I prepaid the stay with 50k points, which was way too many points). I’m assuming the payment issue had something to do with them having an issue with a card linked to my Marriott profile for an incidental charge prior to check in? Parking is a nightmare. We would have never stayed here if we knew how bad it was.
Stayed here for a business trip. Sonder is amazing for updated amenities with an apartment like feel. The room had a kitchen and fridge. The bed was comfortable and they provided a sound machine for any outside noises. The location was ideal with plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
