What I liked? I loved the location it was perfect for exploring downtown Denver and nearby attractions. The room was modern, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What I didn’t like? I didn’t like how low the bed was it made getting in and out a bit uncomfortable. I also didn’t like that there were no face cloths provided, which was inconvenient.
Sonder Artesian was a great place to stay for our trip to Denver.
Nice place to stay for the price, great view of mountains but parking was a huge pain. We often had to park at least a couple blocks away just to park for free instead of paying for a garage/lot. Also no central heating/AC in our room, just a plug in unit.
Don’t book Sonder. I know I won’t again. Reading reviews we saw that rooms on first floor might be noisy. So we specifically chose a room that had a higher up view. It cost more. We also left a note specifically asking for non ground floor due to noise and safety concerns. Then. We get booked on the room next to the door. I called to ask to move. Even to a smaller room. There was one available that was a smaller room, but they were asking for 100 more a night to move to it. False advertising. Terrible service. Bad sleep. Goo... read more
There is no staff on property. Which was a problem because our room reeked of bleach. It’s like a dog died in here and they tried to clean it before our arrival. Because the rooms have wildly small windows that barely open we couldn’t air out the room sufficiently. After spending on hour on the phone with them … they only offered to get us a fan and give us a $50 voucher. Unacceptable and will never be returning to property or any other owned by this company.
