We travel a lot, therefore we have plenty of experience with every type of accommodations. This was by far the worst experience. The unit was 87° and never cooled off. My golden retriever was panting the entire time. I called and text multiple times, they hung up on me and did not respond to any texts. It wasn't until the next morning that they finally answered and told me it was a building issue. To top it off, they issued me only $100 refund of the amount of the nightly stay. I loved staying here. My son and I stayed for 8 nights to attend the Junior Olympics. We felt like we were in our own home. It felt safe and I lucked up with parking on the street all 8 nights. Everything was clean and well equipped. I’m so happy we found Kasa!
Would definitely stay here again. The location is top notch. Parking may be difficult but that’s just downtown Savannah. Would love to be able to open the windows just a little bit but I get why they are screwed shut. The only complaint I might see someone having is how loud Broughton St can get but that’s not a reflection on the Kasa. 10/10 would recommend.
Easy virtual check-in and out. Our studio was very clean and spacious. Location is convenient to shops, restaurants, and the Riverfront.
