I have traveled my entire life, and actually did it for work all over the country. This was the worst experience that I have ever had. If they said “they’d leave the lights on”, I’d say, “please don’t”. It is a “no frills”, “no human contact” place. They give you codes for the doors to get in the building and codes for the elevator and codes for your room all through text messages and emails. The experience was extremely impersonal! Absolutely loved everything about staying at Kasa; price, location, safety, ease of access
Our place was very clean. It's in an excellent location, right in the downtown area, with a CVS across the street if you need to buy supplies. Everything is done online in terms of checking in and out, you have to do a pre check in once you book then they send you all the instructions for your stay. They send you the codes for the room the day of. They offer late check out for a fee, which was nice and are responsive when you text them questions or call. Absolutely loved my kasa! It was a great space with a full kitchen and large space to live for the week! The location was absolutely spectacular and we were right in the middle of all the hubbub in Savannah! Felt safe the entire time and really enjoyed it. Loved the locking door on the street and elevator needing a code to go up. Really added to the safe feeling. This is a staff free “hotel” so if you forget anything (toothpaste, razor, etc.) there is a CVS across the street to stock up.
