The room (apartment) was huge and well appointed. Location was fantastic. The A/C was not working which made it uncomfortable, but after discussing it with management, they gave a partial refund. They were always quick to respond to any questions or inquiries. Will definitely look to stay at Kasa properties in the future.
Perfection from start to finish. During the reservation process and throughout the stay, Kasa was in contact. Either through text messages or by phone (a real human calling). I've stayed in every location and districts of Savannah, this area of Bull and Broughton has been the best. I could step out of the front door to the right and have all the excitement of what the city provides, or to the left for the lush greenery of the historic squares and streets.
