I WOULD GIVE THIS NEGATIVE STARS. NEVER STAY HERE - THEY DOWNGRADED MY WIFE 2 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK IN TIME FROM A 2 BEDROOM to a 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITHOUT OFFERING COMPENSATION TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. THEN THE NEXT NIGHT THE ROOM NEXT DOOR HAD MULTIPLE UNREGISTERED GUESTS PARTYING WITH DRUGS STARTING AT MIDNIGHT. SECURITY WAS CALLED WITH NO RESPONSE FOR AN HOUR. Booked this trip back in April through Expedia — flight and 3 nights’ stay, paid in full. That should’ve been the end of it. Instead, Sonder kept bombarding me with emails saying “complete your reservation.” Fearing I’d lose my booking, I entered my card info. That mistake cost me another $468 (the cost of the entire stay). I’ve been trying to get that duplicate charge resolved for months. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay here
During our stay we ran into 2 young German women who had booked their stay 3 months prior. They flew in from Germany to find out the place they had paid for 3 months ago CANCELED THEIR STAY THE DAY BEFORE THEY ARRIVED TO THE UNITED STATES. My friend and I helped them with getting ahold of Sonder and the woman on the phone said AND I QUOTE "were sorry but we were over booked so we canceled your stay."
