I paid 250 plus 35 dollar parking (although i was told by female staff with accent that it would be $30) additionally I was charged a mysterious $15 which I have extra work to call to remedy this, sucking up my very little spare time, so annoying. The Indian guy with glasses was extremely rude, owner of this hotel needs to reassign his area to NOT the front desk. don't be fooled. unbelievably bad and misleading. front desk speaks zero ingles. painful. all coffee machines broken. extension cords everywhere. EXTREMELY LOUD facing highway. zero sleep will occur. literally the single worst location in "newport beach". tried to cancel during nightmare check in, was unable due to incompetence. bugs in room bugs in tub. so so bad. beyond belief. don't be fooled by misleading photos. nightmare. ended up leaving and eating the money. truly that bad. BEWARE of this fake low class dump.
Rooms were fine but they have an auto turn off locked into their air conditioners. If you unplug the ac, and then plug it back in after a minute, it sets it to factory conditions and then it doesn't turn off automatically. Seems like a silly thing to have in a hotel where a lot of the complaints are about the AC not working properly.
We have an amazing experience. Kai is amazing. He is kind, do above and beyond for clients. The room is beautiful and we have fantastic experience. We will come back 3000s! Can’t wait to share this to friends and family. Thank you! Appreciate you all very much! 🥰🌻✨
We had a very disappointing stay. We were initially given an access code late at night, and we unlocked the door and walked right in on another guest, creating a massive security and privacy issue with our child present. Once reassigned, the second-floor hallway smelled strongly of vomit. The room itself was hot and humid, and the AC never fixed the dampness during our stay.
