Bed VERY lumpy please see the picture-not exaggerating! The mattress was soft but, in the way an old cot mattress is soft. The sheets were irritatingly pilly and towels were old and scratchy, windows and screens extremely dirty… I couldn’t see through… much less even open the window for the beach breeze because they were THAT dirty! If you are looking for a place to stay that is affordable, Clean a s the Staff is the best! This is the place. Not to mention just a short walk to the beach! From Vegas to Newport Beach we will take that drive anytime.♥️
We had to switch hotels late at night and found Solarena. We couldn’t have picked a better place. The facility is very clean, staff is friendly, and the location is perfect. We will be coming back for sure!
The hotel was just ok. We asked for two beds and got one. There was sand in the shower and the bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty and we had to ask twice for refills because they never came to do it the first time.The light on the mirror didnt work.The bedspread were lumpy. The bed was uncomfortable. Car parking for compact cars only. Staff was only at the desk the day we left. Took 20 minute for staff to show up at the desk when we first arrived. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming. The hotel itself was extremely dirty, including the common areas and pool area, which wasn't even stocked with towels. Our first room was dirty, and I took photos to document the condition.
