The floors in my room were filthy upon check in; I asked the front desk to clean them and put a sign on my door but came back sign at night was flipped to do not disturb and my floors were still filthy. The comforter and sheets were stained. Windows aren’t cleaned and night stands old and dirty.
Great, helpful staff. Especially Lex, the young man working the front counter. He went above and beyond abs was very kind and understanding.
