By far the worst customer service and check in process I’ve experienced. They provided an access code but it didn’t work. We tried calling their customer service line and they were minimally helpful. There is a “front desk” with no one working it.
Don’t book here unless you are a under thirty computer nerd Marriot’s says once you book and log in thru can’t help Sonder says call anyone but them or call Marriott ..Marriot couldn’t fix it . If you are picking someone up from the cruise terminal, this place is perfect. Easy walk. Small room, quite clean. Modern shower. Helps to load the key app. TV is Chromecast but did not detect my YouTube app so that was frustrating. Not an Airbnb but pretty close.
We stayed here for one night. The experience was fine. It was conveniently located close to everything.
