The Rooms themself is perfectly fine. The Staff is one of the most kind I’ve ever met. But right across the street lays the problem: the Lounge 164 or Laurier B International. whichever of these two it is; they hella loud and partied all 3 nights of our stay till 5-6 in the morning. Staff should really call 3-1-1 (Ottawas non emergency line) and report the the Noise By-law disturbance as the hotel advertises the 24/7 service
Service was excellent, the app was very user friendly and was a nice feature to have, the 1 bedroom apartemt suite was spacious and very comfortable and for the price tough to beat to stay downtown Ottawa
Just spent three days here and want to express my immense gratitude for the front of house team, particularly Chris, the operations manager. First, I needed information about parking and the team spent some time locating possibilities. Then, when I had trouble getting into a lot, Chris personally accompanied me to the lot and made sure I got in and parked safely. Well beyond his job description, I would think! Thanks again to the whole team. I had a lovely stay and highly recommend the Sonder Rideau!
That extra bed was not good for sleeping. No water in the fridge
