BUYER BEWARE – SONDER RIDEAU IS A SCAM – RUN FAR AWAY!!! I booked a three day stay and was able to leave after one day and a half because my business concluded earlier the following day after I arrived. I went to the front desk and spoke to the concierge who told me I could check out, but that I needed to pack my things and check out ASAP and contact BookOnline because that was who my office booked it with. Great experience. Rooms were clean and plenty of space available.
I stayed here almost a year ago, and still remember it to this day! I loved the room, and the beds were very comfortable! Very relaxing. Also Caleb: 5/5 star service from Caleb ( hope you’re still working there) he gave us great suggestions for restaurants in the area! And helped us find our room. Btw poutine was delicious. W Caleb!!
Highly recommend to stay elsewhere. We had made a reservation for two consecutive nights, after first night our key code stopped working we were told we’d have to move to a different room for the second night. Room we were moved to was far less nice than the first one, manager said there was nothing he could do and we were “lucky they didn’t make us check out at 11am and then check back in at 4pm”… second night the room next to us was up partying till 5am we had to go down 3 times to ask the front desk staff to deal with it.... read more
