NEGATIVE 10 STARS, repeat NEGATIVE 10 STARS. Their ad states that it located in downtown Denver which is not accurate, it's not even downtown adjacent. The hotel has 3 floors but has no elevator to help me to my 3rd floor room. I arrived at 1:30pm which is 2 1/2 hours before their 4pm check in time. I was told I'd have to pay $40 if I wanted to check in early despite them lying about the hotel location and not having an elevator. To start, the accommodations provided did not accurately reflect the description on the website. The room lacked a full-size stove and a washing machine, despite the presence of on-site washing facilities. The noise generated by the air conditioning unit was a significant inconvenience. Although earplugs were provided as an indication of the potential noise levels, the room indeed became quite noisy. Another concern was the location of my room on the ground floor. Great stay! close to the highway which was super convenient. Only complaints - not enough towels or washcloths and the parking lot is super small but street parking is almost always available. We will still use this location for future trips.
