The location couldn't be any better. The apartment is spacious and cute. However, there were a lot of details missed and maintenance issues with non-functional ceiling fans and a window AC unit that sounded like an idling semi next to my head.
This place was ok. Pros: good location. place was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of space in the 2bdrm apartment. No issues checking in/ out. Street noise did not bother us thanks to the provided sound machine. Free parking Cons: Sonder app sucks. Screenshot your codes or you'll be locked out. Customer service via chat took over 30 minutes to respond each time. We were given only 1 washcloth for 2 people for a 4 night stay. I traveled to Denver to participate in an important work event and had booked the Sonder in downtown Denver on Osage. I drove 5 hrs to discover they had still not sent me the secure login- I tried calling over and over to no avail. I contacted the company I booked them through and they were on hold and disconnected. I waited over an hour and a half in a parking lot and eventually had to book another hotel as they never sent me check in details. It hits a point that “you get what you pay for” isn’t even worth it. A motel 6 has better service than this place.
Beyond bad, I'm surprised that Marriott even has their name on it. Locked out room, no customer Service. Useless app, Identity verification was a hassle. Parking virtually non existent. Parking also done by a globally wide 3rd party that can't find your location. Zero stars! DONT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUNISH YOURSELF!
