HORRIBLE experience and customer service. Don’t waste your time or money guys. Couldn’t get into the room for 20 mins after paying for early check in. Stood by the door trying to get in because they likely forgot to activate. Reached out to their useless chat support and their response was “thanks for letting us know” Marriott should be ashamed of this one.
This is a nightclub! Like, it’s a nightclub. A giant club with rooms above it. It’s not loud, it’s screaming loud. I can’t explain how much this isn’t a hotel. It’s a giant nightclub with rooms above it.
READ THE REVIEWS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I’m standing in a second floor room right now, directly above the nightclub that is the entire first floor of the building! Glasses or shaking, the floor is vibrating, it’s too loud to talk to another person. From Thursday to Saturday night from 10pm to 2am the walls shake, kitchen glassware on the shelf rattles and people can be heard outside the club screaming and being very loud. This can’t be real! Stay anywhere else.
DON’T COME HERE! It’s a nightclub! It’s literally a hotel built on top of a massive, thumping nightclub. It doesn’t feel real. Windows rattling. A person literally can’t stay here.
I've stayed at many Sonder properties across North America and have always had a pleasant experience. Sonder Market Hall in Chicago changed that. There is a very loud nightclub in the same building on the main floor. From Thursday to Saturday night from 10pm to 2am my walls shook, kitchen glassware on the shelf rattled and people could be heard outside the club screaming and being very loud. I was on the 4th floor and was kept up every night. I have no idea why they would open a hotel over a nightclub. Terrible experience.
