Customer service was terrible at handling the issues with my booking. This "hotel" does not have a front desk staff to assist you. Luckily I was able to cancel this booking with expedia before being charged for it.
Don’t. This is a completely inappropriate place to attempt to sleep…there’s a nightclub on the first floor. The property is nice but you can’t sleep here, because there’s music pounding under you until 2:00am. I’m appalled Marriott would advertise this as a place to stay. I knew parking was not offered, but the description showed that street parking was available. The issue was that there is a two hour limit when street parking. That means I had to park in the garage a block away at $5 an hour. That is fine for short term parking, but for overnight, it was brutal. There are no options for room cleaning. That is not a big dea... read more
