I had the BEST massage with Mary! She explained how her appointments work at the beginning, and asked me lots of questions to make sure she knew what to target during our massage. You can tell how much experience and knowledge she has! I felt safe, relaxed, and listened to the entire time. She also gave me lots of tips on ways to help release tension in specific problem muscles throughout the day. I couldn’t recommend her more!
