I paid for parking in advance for an event at Intuit Dome on 8/23. When I arrived they refused me, even with a valid parking pass. They then refused to refund me the $69 I paid for the parking. I had to pay last minute to park at another location. I attempted several times to contact the number provided in the comments by the hotel with no answer . When I reached out to King to get the money back for parking, they told me the establishment would not issue a refund..

I would rate it higher but the hotel is under construction and the pool, gym, and bar are not operational. This means there were active room construction underway during my stay. The rooms are very nice and modern but the walls are paper thin.

We decided to stay here as we were attending an event at the Intuit Dome, which is right next door. The location of this hotel is perfect if you're going to the Dome. I knew that the hotel was under renovations, but as we were just staying the one night, I wasn't too concerned; we wouldn't have time to use the pool even if it'd been open. However, I think it's beyond unacceptable to have construction begin in the early morning hours.
