I checked in Sunday, late afternoon. The check in was smooth and I got to my room quickly. Room was fine, basic but ok. Shower was not clean, the temperature controls had not been cleaned in what seemed ages, but rest of the room fine. The Temperature controls on the wall does not work, so you have to adjust the unit manually, which was fine. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Communication is extremely poor — they do not respond to emails, do not answer the phone, and their voicemail is full. The only response I ever received was via Google Reviews. I cancelled my booking over a month in advance, with multiple email attempts and several calls, none of which were acknowledged. Despite this, I was still charged nearly $1,000. the location was the only good thing about this hotel. the room looks cleans at first glance but once you drop something on the floor and get down on your knees and look in the corner it’s nasty and only cleaned very minimal.While i was staying there items that were in my luggage went missing. Not only that since everything is electronic if your phone dies you’re not able to access your room so you must go to the front, which is what i did and i was met with a very rude lady that starting complaining about her job and state ... read more

Horrible experience, they are THIEVES here, stuff was taken from my luggage and conveniently the manager was only available when I was supposed to leave. They dismissive and unhelpful around the whole situation. Don’t stay here unless you don’t mind getting your belongings rummaged through and taken.
