não tem água quente no chuveiro. você tem de contar com a sorte. eles dizem que estão com esse problema no aquecimento da água há tempos. de vez em quando vc tem água quente. mas desde que cheguei aqui há 4 dias somente em 2 banhos consegui água quente. no resto, sempre fria. Não vale a pena.

Don't let the online photos fool you. The rooms were dirty and not well maintained. My iron had gunk on it and when I went to request a new one, there was no one at the front desk (they leave at 11pm, but when I went down at 10:45pm, they were already gone for the night). This hotel has an unnecessary online check-in process that makes you take a scan of your face. I suggest they check the filters on the AC, because I was sneezing all night. Oh, and there's no cable. We stayed at the Sonder for our honeymoon and we loved it! Ben who worked on reception was brilliant during our entire stay. He was so helpful and kind. We were moved to the 17th floor which is under the roof terrace, it was slightly noisy during the Wed-Fri opening hours but by the time we went to sleep it was quiet. You get a discount at the restaurant next door which is great and we got given $50 gift cards from Sonder/Ben for our honeymoon which was a really lovely touch.
