Simple but tastefully designed hotel, very reasonably priced for the prime location, perhaps because they have very minimal staffing. The worst part is the online registration process, replete with facial recognition software. Still, if you give yourself ample time beforehand, it’s not much worse than checking in the old-fashioned way

Hmmm. I understand the concept, but don't let the ratings and pictures fool you. Rooms have king-sized beds, which is great. Balcony was great. Room was not super clean and it's obviously not a primary concern of the management. Staff was kind, but I would not stay here again or recommend. Booking, amenities, and general use was just... More difficult. A Marriott Courtyard or comparable will be a better option. The location was central which is what we're looking for. But... Would not stay or recommend.

Perfect location with the subway just around the corner, highly recommended. The room was good, but the lightning inside it was bad, especially in front of the mirrors. Also, would have preferred to have a card to open the door instead of using a code and/or bluetooth with your phone, just in case your phone dies.

Spent a week here with my partner in a King size room - we booked over 6 months ago and was given a room on the 17th floor, I messaged through chat as this was a little higher than we wanted with my partner having trouble recently with heights and although they couldn't guarantee it they said they'd do their best to help - and by the next day was moved to the third floor.
