Convinced this is a criminal operation. Notably more expensive than surrounding hotels and yet, no staff or onsite support after 11pm and the rooms are lipstick on a poorly aging Fairfield Inn pig. Stars are strictly because my jail cell of a room was clean and the woman who spent 35 minutes helping me with remote check-in was very kind. Genuinely, take your business anywhere else. I will.
