The hotel’s design philosophy is modern, and the rooms feel visually calm despite their size. In Manhattan that visual tranquility is a type of luxury that costlier larger chambers don’t always provide.

One of my colleagues had actually told me about this hotel as she said the Wallflower bar was worth the visit alone. She was correct and the room made the entire visit much better than simply the bar.

It’s really impressive how the hotel can make quiet in such an active part of one of the most active cities on Earth. Their room acoustic cancha on West 24th Street is actually better than most Manhattan hotels I've been to.

Avoid this hotel. No room phones. We had Room 408, August 22-25. Needed the thermostat controls fixed because fan was not working at low setting (high setting too loud for sleep), engineer never showed up to fix despite repeated requests through the front desk. Just had to sleep without AC. TV had no signal, engineer never showed up to fix either. Really poor experience at this hotel.
