Quiet Building. Close to everything. There is construction in the front. We went there while heat warnings and the upstairs loft was hot even with the air conditioning on.
DO NOT BOOK. This place is in the middle of a construction site. The noise is atrocious and starts at 7am, making it impossible to get any sleep. The light from the nightstands are cool white light. Installing warm light is a basic that even motels can get right. The blinds are ineffective at blocking out the sun.
'It was dreadful. The street outside the front of the hotel is completely dug up making access difficult and, at times, unsafe. The rear of the hotel, where our suite was situated was 5 metres from a demolition site where drilling concrete started at 06:45 and workers passed by just a meter from the window. The alley was full of overflowing bins and stacked full bin bags. ‘Chats’ with staff brought no assistance. The room itself is nice but there's a massive construction site in both sides of the building. Construction starts between 06.15 and 06.30 in weekdays. You've been warned.
Second time at a Sonder in mtl. Love it. Can’t wait to come back. I think it’s Sonder or nothing for me now haha
