I had a wonderful stay! The staff was absolutely phenomenal — Angel, Sophia, Michelly, and Nyib went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Their exceptional service made my experience truly memorable.

This shouldn’t be considered a 4 star hotel. The walls are paper thin, the bathroom was TINY, the curtains don’t keep light out of the room at night, and there isn’t 24/7 front desk service. You can hear everything from the person next to you and street noise. There are no hotel keys; you have to use a passcode for the elevator and for your door. The most positive thing about this hotel is the central, safe location. The room itself was a large room for NYC other than the small bathrooms.

This is barely a hotel. The property is run down and the google maps page is incorrect. No restaurant, no rooftop bar, or food on site. The pictures misleading. Don’t even get me started on the safety violations in the hotel, and the fact that the front door handicapped opener does not function.

한국분들 절대 오지마세요 오버부킹하고도 배쮀거라 니방없오 태도 ( 그들의 해결책 : 2박 1152불 결제 했는데 큰방없으니 작은방써라 1박당 150불 환불해줄께라고함) 그냥 내가 예약한방 달라고 ㅋㅋ키친있어서 예약 했는데 키친없는 고시원이였음 오버부킹하는 호텔이니 누구나 피해자가 될수 있습니다 ( 참고로 전 3개월전 예약 ) Absolutely do not stay here. I booked this place three months in advance, but when I arrived, they told me my reserved room wasn’t available and tried to give me a much smaller one instead.
