Rarely in all my travels around the country and around the globe, including over 20 years in the US Military, have I been privileged to interact with a staff like the one at the Flatiron Sonder. Cassie, Ny'ib, and the other staff members offered top-notch service and made our stay a 5 star experience. They are all assets to the Sonder and Marriott brands. Thanks again.
We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We were situated on the 8th floor, a corner room - large enough for 2 adults with luggage. The room was air conditioned. It was brightly lit with natural light from 2 large windows. The room had everything we needed, without frills or luxuries - perfectly adequate, making our stay comfortable.
