I've visited this shop twice hoping to support a local business. My first visit during opening week, the owner was notably unwelcoming - avoiding eye contact, ignoring my verbal greeting, turning her back to me when I approached the counter, and seeming annoyed when I needed to check out. Gave benefit of the doubt and returned months later. Owner saw me enter but left the shop completely unattended while loading things into her vehicle, despite seeing me waiting to make a purchase. This company is not the best. I was not "wowed" by the products I ordered which included framing of my wedding bouquet, a ring dish, and a specimen jar. All products looked like they were done as an afterthought and they did not at all look professionally made. They did not appear as professional and put-together as the products that are pictured on the website.
