Booked a room online. Charged ($1500). Drove an hour and a half to get to the hotel. After much calling we learn they don’t have a room, they won’t provide compensation but will refund in 3 TO 7 business days, and their rebooking leaves us on hold for many minutes until we hang up. AVOID. Straight trash.
With the directions provided, check-in and accessing the building and unit was easy and had no issues. Upon entering, clearly can tell the unit was warmer than it should have been. I noticed the thermostat stated 76 degrees when it was set on 68. I felt the air coming out of the vents and it was room temperature. We had a three night stay. I booked through govx. At first I was worried about mixed reviews. We liked how we were close enough to walk to broad way.l and the gulch. We had no issues getting in and out of the apartment. We were emailed all the information and passcode. Our room was clean and large enough for 2 people. We did not need any front desk or housekeeping. We liked how quiet it was there and everything was walking distance. We would book again here.
Booked via Marriott Bonvoy app same day. Needed Sonder app to check in. Sonder app was too slow to update for comfort so yielded much angst. The solution was in the email. On the plus side Sonder phone customer service was empathetic and encouraging, pointing to the email. Unit was more than adequate and delivered in comfort and amenities. Parking is on your own.
Good price and seems like a nice place. I arrived and couldn't gain entry to the building or my room. Call their customer service and they weren't able to help me either. I was forced to find another hotel then. They also couldn't cancel the reservation and now am still dealing with trying to get a credit. I would say it it works then its a good location but if doesn't work, then its a huge pain.
