Cancelled my reservation without talking to me first then would not respond to any attempts to contact them.
Perfect location. Exceptionally clean. Great kitchen and equipment. Price was decent for a fall weekend. Intend to stay here again when back to Nashville.
Booked a room online. Charged ($1500). Drove an hour and a half to get to the hotel. After much calling we learn they don’t have a room, they won’t provide compensation but will refund in 3 TO 7 business days, and their rebooking leaves us on hold for many minutes until we hang up. AVOID. Straight trash.
With the directions provided, check-in and accessing the building and unit was easy and had no issues. Upon entering, clearly can tell the unit was warmer than it should have been. I noticed the thermostat stated 76 degrees when it was set on 68. I felt the air coming out of the vents and it was room temperature.
