Kasa Del Ray had a few issues during my stay. First, the room I was initially assigned didn’t match any of the photos on the listing—it simply wasn’t shown on the site. After I raised the concern, I was moved to a nicer room that did match closer in size to what was advertised. Second, there was a recurring fire alarm issue—one day it went off for multiple hours, and on another, it lasted a couple of hours. It was disruptive and frustrating. DO NOT BOOK WITH KASA.COM! SCAM! I could choose zero stars I would. Do not book with Kasa!! I booked a “refundable” reservation, and they did not refund when I needed to cancel for an Emergency. It is a scam. I paid more for a refundable rate and they kept my entire payment of $648. Absolutely Horrible customer service
Clean, well stocked, in a nice area close to many different restaurants, etc., bus stop close by and easy to park area.
This has to be the best place to stay in Del Ray Alexandria. Nice comfortable and spacious room. Walk to restaurants and shops. Our new go to place to stay when we visit the area!
