The shower was crawling with bugs (video attached). It was revolting. Their drains are clearly infested. They refused to refund me for the two days that I was unable to shower in the hotel. The room also hadn’t been cleaned properly when I checked in. There was food on the floor by the bed. They have a pest control and cleanliness issue.
Not being managed. No replenishing of coffee both in the room and lounge. Front desk lady almost doing nothing.
17 John was home for our first family trip to New York City. The room was excellent and the amenities met our needs in full. The location offers an excellent combination of access to all parts of NYC with far fewer tourists than midtown.
