I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience so others can make informed decisions. My friends and I had a reservation at this hotel (Cirrus, or whatever it’s calling itself now) for a trip to Orlando next weekend—a trip we’ve been planning for months. ** NO LONGER OWNED BY SONDER ** I was looking for inexpensive accommodations close to Disney, but wasn't on Disney Property (it's always nice to take a break from the mouse on a work or pleasure trip) Sonder makes it super easy to book and check-in. You can arrive to the hotel without going to the counter, you do everything on the app. The location of the hotel is SUPER close to tons of restaurants, shops (Target, Walmart, Publix) and the Disney Parks. Hotel funcional e ótimo custo beneficio.
This has been the absolute worst travel & stay experience I have ever had and I travel frequently in a variety of hotels. We booked the hotel early March for our trip in mid June. I read plenty of positive reviews and even spoke with a hotel representative to confirm. A week prior to our stay, we received a message saying our room had been cancelled and an email stated that Sonder Cirrus was switching companies and any stay that continued past June 16th would be cancelled and refunded in 7-10 business days.
