On the first night the bed was making loud noises and it seemed unsturdy. I was too tired to investigate. The following day I let Sonder know so they could fix it will I was out with my family. They said they looked at it but it seemed fine. Sat on the bed still unsturdy looked beneath… and 2/3 support slats were on there side not supporting the bed… reached out to Sonder again nothing just empty promised to look into it. Wonderful hotel room with great modern appliances. Would definitely stay there again. I really liked the guest Roku TV where I could add all my apps, and it resets when you checkout.
Awful. Heating is terrible, apartment is always cold and the water doesn’t heat at ALL. Couldn’t shower and wore my winter jacket the whole time and when I asked for someone to help, I was told to “please hold”. Lol?
Fabulous location, beautiful unit with loads of space as well. I absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend it.
Amazing second stay at Sonder Ceros in Denver. Reasonably priced clean modern apartment. Will definitely be back!
