Shocking bad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I booked this via booking.com all was confirmed and then the day of staying they said the payment was not processed - I tried 3 different cards that all work fine but all didn’t work - no customer service help - one of the cards got randomly charged $150 but the full stay was €314 so it still didn’t work. After 5 hours trying to figure it out with customer service I had to cancel and book a new hotel last minute at great expense. Disgusting!
From the washer and dryer to the earplugs on the nightstand, we loved this place. It was clean and quiet. We had no trouble finding parking close to the apartment. If you need a place to stay in Denver this is a great one!
Edit: the dryer didn’t work (which was one reason why we wanted to stay there) and they told us it wouldn’t be fixed by the end of our stay. I was promised a small refund to make up for it. It’s been six weeks since our stay. Guess who never got that refund. Will NEVER stay at a Sonder ever again. Currently standing outside my unit, unable to utilize my code for over an hour and a half. Sonder sent me wrong access code and it took an hour for them to get us the right one to get into our room. They also gave us a code to use on an occupied room — that was really messed up. There weren’t sheets or a blanket for the sofa bed and we had to wait until the next day for them to be dropped off. Terrible experience and customer service.
