Bunch of clowns telling people what to do when they are on a public sidewalk. Who do they think you are not even the police can tell you what to do .so why does the receptionist think he can do that. What a clown he will come across the wrong 1 some day and then he will have a problem he can't handle.

Je vous déconseille fortement de faire appel à leur service car il a fallu se battre pendant une semaine avant l’arrivée pour savoir quel allait être notre chambre et en arrivant le jour même nous ne savions même pas si nous étions logés. Finalement nos craintes étaient bonnes puisqu’une fois arrivée, il a fallu attendre pour que l’on trouve notre chambre, c’est à peine si notre nom apparaissait quelque part, on nous trouve un appartement mais avec une chambre au lieu de deux ce qui ne correspondait pas au prix que nous avio... read more

Calling customer service and having to deal with them was a nightmare, a weeks long nightmare. I cut my cut stay short from 60 days to 30 only because they refused to refund me the full 60 days. Anywhere else was better. anywhere. Just avoid if you want good service. Staying at Sonder NYC was a complete nightmare. The room was a far cry from the enticing photos they advertised, old and with no view. I don't understand how there is no difference in charge for the view.
