Unfortunately I will never get to stay. I booked it over 9 months ago when it was a lot cheaper and was then told I cancelled my booking myself which I did not. Was then told we have sold out so my booking can be moved to the nearest property. No refund nothing. What an absolute joke excuse of a company.
We absolutely loved our stay at Sonder Battery Park and would return without hesitation. The apartment was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with high-quality furnishings and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It included a full kitchen with proper appliances, a washer and dryer inside the unit, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is truly exceptional.
