This place is under new management and they are a joke. They took over all the existing leases and broke the lease terms by using a technicality against the residents to get out of applying concessions that were agreed upon by the previous management. There’s multiple issues with this place in general, like security (I’ve had 2 packages stolen); the parking fobs only work sporadically and there’s always people smoking in our garage from Taco Mama; forget about guest parking (overnight is $20); the workout room is a joke with... read more
