Loved, loved, loved the place. Clean, new, had everything we needed. Best part was the location. We’ve already rebooked for next year’s trip!

Location of the Vitascope property in New Orleans is perfect, we stayed in apartment #405 for Mardi Gras Carnival. The parades turn off St. Charles Avenue and go right in front of the apartment and in #405 your looking right down on Canal St. Your located a block down from Bourbon St., St Charles Avenue and Magazine St. these streets will take you anywhere you want to go either walking or street car. Would have given 5 stars if the HVAC wasn't so loud, it felt like it may give out at any second. Someone needs to take a good look at it. The water pressure is also very low. Great location, the parades could be seen from our Canal St windows. Overall had a great time.
I feel like they catfished me. The Vitascope looks great, which is why I chose it when I booked it fully nine months ahead of my trip. One month out, and they suddenly switched me involuntarily to another location with no excuse except for “planned maintenance”. If it was planned, why was I allowed to book it for those dates, or why did they not plan it around existing bookings?? I put up a fight even more because they moved me to a place that apparently had no windows. So they moved my res to yet another Sonder (The Schaefe... read more
