We made a reservation. .got a confirmation number but never received a room number. After calling a number given to us by a very nice young lady at the front desk(Kayla) we had the misfortune of talking to the hotel manager who acted like we were bothering him. TONS of attitude towards my wife then myself when we couldn't understand what he was talking about. We heard other stories about him and his attitude. La habitación es muy espaciosa, limpia, agradable y tienen todo lo que necesitas, pero no tienen housekeeping service. Quería un sobre de café para la máquina y me dijeron que por haber reservado a través de Vrbo tenía que esperar por ellos porque en front desk del hotel en realidad no te ayuda. Ahora si llamas por teléfono si te atienden rápido. Queda a walking distance de mucho sitios turísticos y la zona es tranquila.
