Zenaida at the breakfast shop downstairs was polite and helpful.
The bar by the pool has a great selection for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks! And the bartender was so fun & nice! Shout out to Javier!!!

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the room was clearly not properly cleaned. I ended up using two entire containers of Clorox wipes to clean the room myself because there were food smears on the walls, counters and surfaces had not been wiped down, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. There was also no easy way to contact housekeeping or request assistance because there are no phones in the rooms.
