This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Update: weeks later I have yet to receive the promised refund. TL;DR, this hotel might be ok for you if you’re great with using the app AND nothing goes wrong with your stay. However, any issue is a nightmare to get help with, and even staff who want to help have to navigate layers of remote corporate red tape. This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The place was filthy and noisy — I could hear the bar downstairs, cars on the street, and the walls and floors were covered in stains. Even the shower was dirty. The host’s communication was terrible. They never mentioned a required pre–check-in form until I had to ask, and then they tried to put a hold on my card and even attempted to double charge me. Firstly the location and rooms are second to none. Based in a great part of Denver, walking distance to the Aquarium, local restaurants and coffee shops and a short drive or Uber to downtown or Coors field. While staff were helpful, when we had an issue with our booking upon arrival, there was no one on hand to assist, had to call and hold for some time, txt and email before the issue got sorted.

Il divano letto non era stato preparato, dopo aver reclamato mi hanno detto che sarebbero venuti a prepararlo e non sono mai arrivati. Perciò la terza persona ha dovuto dormire su un divano duro e scomodo. Servizio e assistenza clienti pessimo.
Great accommodations. Parking garage to room is quite the maze. Would benefit with better signage. Kind of weird going through one building, then outside to go to the next building. Like I said, better signage.
