Terrible hotel. Room was on the railroad tracks. No sleep for two night stay.
I valet'ed my car with Flow Fort Lauderdale hotel, and they parked with this parking company and then two weeks later I get an $85 fine for parking when they valet'ed my car, very insane. Very unprofessional. I had to go back and forth with these people for weeks and weeks for them to resolve it, when I provided proof of payment and screenshots of proof that we valet'ed our car. This is ridiculous, I had to wait until March 7th for that to be resolved when I stayed there for one night on New Year's eve.

Shocked to see this PHENOMENAL place has a 3.9 review score, then I scrolled to see many of the 1 stars are from when it was a different brand. Sad they couldn’t start fresh on Google when they took over as everything has been refreshed to brand new! One week into my 4 week stay & I already wish I lived here full time!
