I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so to warn others and help them avoid the experience we had. We arrived in Seattle at 10 PM, only to find out that during our flight, Sonder had cancelled our booking without any notice whatsoever, leaving us effectively stranded. Urgently, I tried every method of contacting them: No answer via phone. No reply to my urgent email (they responded two days later). Apartment was great. The area was fun and a short walk to the city center.
Great king sized accessible room! Very large and had a full kitchenette! Great location too! A bit hard to open the door (it was very heavy).
Disclaimer: THIS REVIEW IS FOR MARRIOTT The room was great. Fantastic area, great walking proximity to most of the touristy attractions (Be aware, however, that you will spend a lot of time walking both up and down hills.), plenty to do and plenty of options for food and drinks. The room was nice, clean, and our stay was quiet. The kitchen had pots, pans, cups, plates, and utensils which was unexpected but a plus. I did notice the wall near the shower/tub had some peeling but was not too bothered by it. The only downside is that our room did not have a proper table or dresser so we could place our items or store our clothes minus the kitchen counter.
