The room door locks often don’t work, and they disable air conditioning in October so the room was very warm - 23-24 degrees C. Bed frame and other finished wood surfaces in the room have the finish worn off. Otherwise ok.
Très bien situé dans Montreal. Proche du métro et autres commodités. Appartement propre et fonctionnel (machine à laver, sèche linge, chrome caste, le nécessaire de base pour faire la cuisine, sèche cheveux, fer et table à repasser). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, seul bémol : le service client téléphonique. Nous avons été déconnectés de l’application le 2ème jour de notre séjour, et impossible de se reconnecter et donc d’avoir les codes d’accès au bâtiment (d’autres voyageurs étaient dans le même cas que nous). L'ingresso non promette molto bene, sembra trasandato e un po' sporco. Ma l'appartamento è molto carino, con tutto ciò che serve. Ampio e comodo. Unica nota negativa il letto: è comodo ma ogni volta che ti muovi scricchiola tutto facendo molto rumore.
My partner and I stayed here from September 18-20. I write this as we are still unfortunately here for another night. We were unaware that the hotel was directly above a nightclub and were woken up from 11pm until close to 3:30am when the very loud bass that we could hear very strongly stopped. We had been up for over 36 hours as we had a red eye to Montreal and couldn’t check in until 4pm, so this was extremely disappointing as we were really looking forward to staying at this hotel and enjoying the time we have in Montreal... read more
