Check your financial statement when you book with them. I will never book with them again. Already a terrible experience and I haven’t even stayed. I noticed that the charge on my card was $100 more than the confirmation details. When I called to inquire what this was for the lady tried to just lie and tell me taxes, when I had the FULL breakdown in front of me including taxes. Ho effettuato una prenotazione tramite il sito Booking.com dal 16 al 21 febbraio 2026, con pagamento anticipato ma cancellazione gratuita. Purtroppo, per ragioni indipendenti dalla mia volontà, il 21 agosto 2025 ho dovuto disdire la prenotazione, richiedendo pertanto il rimborso. Ad oggi sono scaduti i termini ma non ho ricevuto ancora nulla. La struttura non risponde alle mail inviate per richiedere spiegazioni a riguardo. Fate attenzione pertanto, comportamento davvero poco serio e professionale
Marriot should check this!! Really bad service, stayed 5 days, they didn't clean my room even after I asked everyday. Main room had nothing but a bed, no nightstands. TV and A/C didnt work... August is hot with no A/C is awful!!! Sofa bed had spiders and old sheets. I asked receptionist to change them, they never did. No cleaning products as advertised. Really pricey... not worth it!!! I would not recommend it. It's not even worth $150 a night!!
Ottima posizione e hotel molto accogliente. La camera era molto bella e spaziosa. Il personale cordiale e disponibile! Super consigliato!
