Had everything we needed for our stay while we had many appointments at barrows neurological hospital Quiet clean and very cool Thankyou
Way better than a traditional hotel room. We had plenty of room for all of us and it was very clean.
Sonder at Hance Park WILLFULLY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AFTER IT HAD BEGAN, WHEN I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE WITH REMOTE CHECK-IN, INSTEAD OF HELPING ME WITH CHECK-IN, LYING MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT THE CAUSE, TRYING TO SHIFT BLAME BY CLAIMING THAT FIRST MY CREDIT CARD WAS PROBLEMATIC (IT WASN'T), THEN THAT I WASN'T 18 (CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME), WHICH LEFT ME STRANDED IN PHOENIX, AFTER MIDNIGHT. This was my first and probably my last time using Sonder. The apartment complex was nice and the getting checked in was pretty easy. However, when it came to parking we had a terrible experience. We had a whole day wasted because of the apartment complexes towing company when we paid for the parking and parked in the appropriate location. The towing company came in put our license plate in the system wrong twice. I likely would not stay here again, but it fit the needs this time around. It was a cost effective option but you are likely better off getting a real hotel. The area was as expected but the amenities advertised really didn’t live up to expectation, the 2nd floor patio space smelt horribly and looked very dirty.
