I had an existing reservation with Roami at Duncan Plaza for a check in on 8/22/2025. I never did receive a door code leading up to my check-in. Nor did I receive a call back, email back, message back, or reply to anything when I tried to reach someone from beginning at 2:00PM prior to my check in all the way to two hours after check in 6:00PM while trying to get a door code to get into my rental. VRBO was nice enough to refund my money and cancel my reservation. I was lucky enough to find new accommodations within that time... read more
The flats and location is amazing! Highly recommend
Pool is smaller than in pictures but good things come in tiny packages (and I say this as a 5’10 woman).
