Very impressed with the location of this establishment as well as our room. Front door is accessible by using an assigned code. Along with the door code, the hotel also has a security guard manning the lobby area by the front doors 24/7. Building is easy to navigate, and elevators are available as well as stairs. The overall hotel is a bit dated, but that is what adds to its allure. The rooftop patio contains a well-maintained pool as well as deck chairs and grills for guests’ usage. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed so far, never in my life will ever stay in any Roami property again. I was expecting this hotel was like Sonder, it turned out it’s more like a disaster. I arrived nearly 2 hours early, they told me I’m not allowed to check in early due to back to back reservations, which means my room is being cleaned and not ready yet. Be prepared to live in a beautiful looking HELL!!! Pros - rooms are big, new, bed is new so very comfy and firm. Rooms are new so fairly clean. Cons - the whole building, YES the whole building including each floor, elevators, smells like dog poop masked with cleaners. They need to use Vinegar, Baking Soda and Borax.
