Good location, clean and nice.
Room is just okay. Not too fancy and just good for resting “Call it a Night.” Love the loacation though very near to iconic places in Ottawa and walking distance to most restaurants, shops and market.
A Truly Disappointing Experience – Zero Flexibility and Poor Customer Service I had originally made a reservation for the second week of April and unfortunately needed to change the dates. I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything complicated — I simply asked to move the reservation to any future available dates. I was flexible, patient, and willing to work with whatever was open and pay for any price differences. What I got in return? A flat-out no. No options, no effort, no empathy.
