Stayed here for 3 nights and was really unhappy with the cleanliness and service. First, when you check in, you have to give a 3D scan of your face and submit photos of your ID. I wasn’t comfortable with this but there is no other option. When we arrived in our room, the bathtub was dirty - there was a big brown stain and hair all over the bathtub. Tiny washroom, noisy location!! Location was good, games room was fun for the kids .
Besser dort nicht buchen! Ich hatte über Agoda gebucht und kein Voranmeldungsemail von dem Hotel erhalten. Ohne die ausgefüllte, erschreckend lange Online-Voranmeldung kann man nicht einchecken. Ich stand eine halbe Stunde im Foyer bis ich endlich meinen Zimmercode erhielt. Ich habe schon auf ähnliche Weise ein Bankkonto eröffnet, aber das ging einfacher.
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, clean, quiet, close to Parliament Hill, museums, Rideau Canal, restaurants, shopping, etc. My only complaint would be that the WIFI was very slow
