Check in and reservation requests all granted, front desk staff helpful and friendly. Room just as advertised, quiet, amenities great, hot tub closed again,, steam and sauna hot as they should be.Shower pressure all good. AC quiet and strong.Kitchen and utensils all good.Clean hallways, lobby, front entrance and apartment. Primo location.Would stay again.
Located conveniently in the old city. Walking distance to historical locations.
Location is on point. Close and walkable to everything old Montreal. Super clean. We thought it had a hot tub when we booked. Turns out not only is not working they are not replacing it. That was super disappointing as we booked for location and cleanliness. BUT also the hot tub. I would have booked at plenty of other equal properties with hot tubs nearby.
This is a nice clean hotel in a great area. Our only disappointment was that the Hot Tub was closed and we were told they're getting rid of it. It's too bad as it was a great feature and a small part of why we chose this hotel.
