My friends and I stayed here for 1 night. And have received an absolute nightmare of customer service. Although the hotel is in great condition and the location is great, I have never encountered such a vile, careless and disrespectful front desk employee such as JOELLE. I am in SHOCK at how horrible the customer service is here. Joelle, the front receptionist, is the most disrespectful girl I have ever encountered. On top of that, Victor, don’t even know his position, was even WORSE and trying to defend Joelle and her disrespect. For the price of this stay does not reflect in their customer service AT ALL. It is comparable to a motel. If you want to go to a hotel that is respectful and actually cares about proper customer service, DO NOTTTTTTTT go here. I will NEVER return.
Arrived very early but staff accommodated an early check in without issue. Room was massive... far beyond expectations...every amenity provided and spotlessly clean. Close (easy walking distance) to the old city and its many attractions. Close to transit hub. One quibble: a lot of outside noise at night, but room was equipped with a white-noise sound machine and earplugs. Highly recommended
Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Could do with better pillows. Would definitely stay again.
