Clean and modern rooms, quiet air conditioner. Beside a luggage rack, there is a bench to spread my luggage, which I loved! There’s a diner style booth with table, and a separate desk for catching up with work. For multi-day stays, you’ll have to factor in the $56 cleaning fees (see screenshot). I didn’t notice this fee while booking.
trying to hard to be modern and "techy" but forgetting the basics which makes for a terrible experience. the rooms are good looking but very unfunctional, nothing works right and there is always an extra step to do anything. There may or may not be a person at the front desk to help you. same with the app, it may or may not work so good luck. lastly, very clear that they are trying to squeeze out every cent out of the room and you, so things feel cheap, staff is unhelpful and the app is unsupported. definitely not worth it.
strongly advise avoiding this place. The service is awful, and the front desk staff are inattentive and not assisting guest. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for a room and when I called to address the issue and request a refund they kept going in circles and never addressed the issue and then hung up on me. Never. Ever. Again. Arrived at midnight, no instructions for check-in, none in email. Finally realize via frantic googling that I have to log in through the app (and verify ID, super fun to do on the street at midnight) to get some code for my room. Again, this was not in any of the emails or signage. Room is fine but jesus christ for the same price stay at le meridien and have an actual person help you. The front desk is available only during the daytime. Very small studio rooms. Good for the low price.
