Thank you all for being so kind and patient during our visits! I know it was a bit chaotic bringing all 3 of our dogs in at once, but I truly appreciate how thorough Dr. Mortensen and her assistant were with each of our fur babies. My German Shepherd ended up needing a tooth pulled, which was very heartbreaking. But everyone who worked with Mishka was very sweet and gave her lots of lovin' while she was in recovery, which was very much appreciated! :) Mishka recovered quickly and is already back to her normal, crazy self. I highly recommend Dr Wallisch at the East side location! My mom’s dog was recently diagnosed with heart disease and Dr Wallisch has been so helpful and very responsive during this stressful time for us.
The atmosphere and the staff at both locations are fantastic. Everyone is knowledgeable. I have a great appreciation for the level of care they provide/what dr. Sondel provides to his patients. I recently had the pleasure of having my heeler cared for by Dr. Mortensen and could not be happier. Very prompt, in depth and willing to explain everything as needed. Having worked with vets before, this was very refreshing. Ultimately, my dog was provided the best care possible. I can not say enough about this establishment
