It grieves me to have to write this but I'm not sure what more to do. I've been a client of Dr. Patel for 7 years. I started going to him as a cash paying about various endocrine issues and we were able to figure out my issues. I've disregarded the wait times for scheduling appointments as well the sometimes 2 hour wait to actually see him because he was the only one that would listen to me and help. I want to leave a positive feedback to Dr. Patel for his professionalism, kindness and respect for me. He patiently and clearly explained to me my results, described my condition and gave me advice on what to do next. This technique gave me a definition in my actions. Many thanks to him . And I apologize for my emotion.
Dr Patel is an amazing Doctor. He has changed my life. He figured out I had MTHFR and couldn’t absorb Folic Acid and had to take Methyl folate and B12. I’ve struggled for years with Hypothyroidism and other hormones that have been off plus a messed up metabolism. Dr Patel got me sorted out. No other doctor in town would do the bloodwork that he does. No one has ever pointed out that my Homocysteine was high and I wasn’t absorbing folate. Communication is horrible. Scheduling is horrible. Too many issues to list. It's ashame bc he's a good dr that could help a lot if people but the structure of the practice is terrible
