Beware of Esperanza homes. They cut corners, their brand new AC systems will break and have mold growing in it. Their builders warranty is a joke. Look elsewhere
Rain kept coming in from behind my microwave about half a year into closing. They sent out an “expert” who sprayed a water hose into the outside exhaust. No water came in so he said it wasn’t his problem. It rained pretty bad today and water kept leaking in so I decided to figure out what was going on. The vents are connected, but not sealed. Mold is growing where the water comes in. I’ve noticed this and many other corners they cut. Maybe the houses in the other Esperanza communities are nicer and built better. Should’ve go... read more
