Beware of Esperanza homes. They cut corners, their brand new AC systems will break and have mold growing in it. Their builders warranty is a joke. Look elsewhere
Rain kept coming in from behind my microwave about half a year into closing. They sent out an “expert” who sprayed a water hose into the outside exhaust. No water came in so he said it wasn’t his problem. It rained pretty bad today and water kept leaking in so I decided to figure out what was going on. The vents are connected, but not sealed. Learn from my mistake and do NOT purchase a house from the builders at this community. Signed a predatory contract with these people and had to back out after babysitting them for more than half a year... The kicker? This was a "move-in ready" home. Our salesperson promised us they wouldn't "steal from us" yet I'm still missing 5K from my bank account.
