Love going to Dr. Patel
I love Dr. Patel. She always spends more time with me than I expect from a typical doctor. She always listens to my questions/concerns and gives me in depth easy to understand explanations. My labs are always called back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend her to my mother or children’s
Did a blood test two weeks now with no follow up/prescription refill. Had to cancel an appointment before and it took me months to get a new appointment. On top of that, I needed to get a refill during that time and my refill request was initially denied and I had to wait over a week before she finally agreed to approve it. NOT good at all!!! I feel like as a doctor, you should at least show that you care; how can I do a blood test almost 2 weeks now and no follow up/refills? So now I’m out of meds again and my levels are go... read more

Horrible....I received a called from my mail order pharmacy asking me to contact Dr. Patel to change how she requested some medication that she prescribed for me. This would make a difference of me paying $16 vs $100 for a 90 day supply. Her RUDE assistant called me back and said that he did not know what they were talking about and that Dr. Patel would not call the mail order pharmacy to verify what it is they needed. I am not a doctor nor have I worked for a pharmacy. So how or why would I be calling trying to explain code... read more
