Staff is very nice and professional! In my experience after doing two areas of cool sculpting once it wasn’t worth my time or the money. My results were very MINIMAL to say the least. A couple of thousand dollars down the drain just like that! Of course, I was told I needed to repeat the areas again. It’s funny how staff could see such a difference but I couldn’t. I have been thrilled with the service at Sona Med Spa. Every person and practitioner I have come in contact with has the best customer service. They are even very nice when they kick you out if you have had sun exposure and are getting hair removal. I love that they take every precaution to protect you from burning (after sun exposure) and make sure you get the best results possible. I cannot wait to start my legs in less than 2 weeks!!!
