I see I'm not the only one waiting on a refund for a prepaid package. I have sent several emails to Stacy Knight and she has stopped responding. $700+ out of pocket that I could really use right now. Pretty sad because I really enjoyed this place and Stephanie always did a great job.
Had another amazing experience at Sona in Charlotte at Lake Norman. Without a doubt, this will be my location of choice for good after shopping around. I will be referring all of my friends here. I was greeted immediately and check-in was a breeze. I received BOTOX from Kay and Taylor. They explained everything they did beforehand, both had sweet demeanors and worked collaboratively. I highly recommend Dr. Anita Iyer. I have followed her from prior practice to Bethesda Dermatology Center. She is detailed and takes time answering questions.
This place is AWESOME!!! They truly want the best for their clients.
RUNAWAY! I have been through the wringer. I went in for laser hair removal on my lower back and buttock and was very badly burned on my vaginal area. The technician was NOT AUTHORIZED to be in this private delicate area. The burn took 3-4 months to heal and required continued treatment to try and reverse the blackened skin, scars, and sagging tissue. I am left with permanent disfigurement. At first I skeptical about it after the reviews but I realized that it was closed at the time of the reviews due to covid. So I gave it a shot. I have to say that my experience was great. Definitely coming without a doubt.
And I've seen over 6 doctors for the same issue so I should have a good idea of what the best is! I can't say enough about how happy I am with Dr. Lee! He is extremely thorough and takes the time to educate you. He's a rare hybrid of scientist and doctor. I found my needle in the haystack! His bedside manner is beyond words. I had Back of thigh and Buttocks cellulite reduction and it did not work at all !!!!!! A waste of money I will never waste my money on that again it does not work!!!! Such a waste of time and money.
