I could give you a bunch of reasons. They over charge for their product, they don't do a great job, they debited a greater amount then was contracted. The final straw however was when I arrived to my 1:40 appointment I found the building doors locked. I called the front office and they said the doors of the building lock at noon. People are nice. It burns but I see a difference in my skin.
Literally 15 minutes after providing payment information for my deposit for laser hair removal on my back, they called me back and told me unfortunately they couldn't honor the quote they gave me because they weren't supposed to discount the area package and give me the Buy 1 area, get 2 free (even though the website doesn't list any restrictions or exclusions). Proceeded to tell me it would cost an extra $800 for the package that I was quoted at $1600 (that's a 30% increase!). Office manager called me the next day and rei... read more
