BEWARE OF SCAM! We bought a 22k gold ring and they confirmed it’s 22K but it wasn’t. We got it tested from few places and got to know it was 14k. They refused to agree and kept saying it’s 22k Untill our third visit and they returned our money. Worst customer service. I recommend not going there.
Very poor customer service. The owner didn’t take my name or the initials for engraving, forgot the order, and made us come back three times. The final engraving looked messy and incorrect, and they refused to take responsibility. Overall, a disappointing experience.
I really appreciate the service from a girl dont know her name , give me quick service with a lots of parience love it Also the collcetion of jwellery here is eye catching. Must visit
Worst service ever they always ignore there customer and talk like they do any favour for us by taking money as well !
