Their popularity may have increased, but their professionalism clearly has not. They are so rude, whether it be in person or on the phone. It’s disappointing to see a business grow in reputation while completely failing in basic customer service. I have been a loyal customer of Sona Chandi for years and even purchased my daughter’s wedding set from them in 2024, but after repeated unpleasant interactions, I will no longer be giving them my business.

I had a great experience buying gold from Ena. She was very helpful, honest, and professional, and she made the whole process smooth and comfortable. She handled everything very nicely. Unfortunately, there was an older gentleman wearing a colorful shirt who was quite unfriendly and not down-to-earth at all. I recently visited this place looking for a statement piece, and I had such a great experience. The ladies there were incredibly patient and took their time helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I never felt rushed, and their attention to detail really stood out. Today I came to sona Chaandi for the first time. They have so nice collection of jewelry. Dilruba apa helped us a lot to select the items. The manager Nusrat apa gave us a really good price. They both are very nice. Highly recommended.
