Dr, Son is a very likable, caring Doctor. The front office was a nightmare. However that has changed in the last year. The revamped personal seem more competent and easy to work with

Dr Shane Son is wonderful. He is an active listener and compassionate to your concerns and is eager to help. However, like many other reviewers, his front of office staff although kind, are very unorganized. Faxes and referrals get lost, calls don’t get returned and other offices have hard times getting replies.
