This place screwed me out of my business...being forced to double pay rent on at least 3 occasions and that's just the start there is too much to list, be careful renting a commercial property from this place especially if your a single owner operator
Overall very friendly, honest, and respectful company. They are very personable and genuine which are great qualities to have when dealing with people and their homes/families.
I have had SON property managment my rental agency for the last three years and they have yet to disappoint. They keep up monthly on the community's yard work and pest control. It's apparent that there are handyman who fixes issues timely and efficiently. They are even kind enough to do routine property checks for the air filter. So I really feel lucky to have him as my property management company.
