I love the place, the food, and the staff!! What I love more is that 99% of the people that came in for opening day were patient and understanding as we did our best to make everyone comfortable and serve great food. This place is the real deal, everything made to order, not pre-portioned and microwaved. In this day and age where everything is in a rush, it is great there is a place where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy some gourmet comfort food.
I have to say with my first stop in tonight, we didn't leave happy customers ... I find it rather disappointing that on a Friday night and open until 1am, that you can't get food at 10:15pm at an establishment that is known for their good ... I had really high expectations and they have been completely deflated and will definitely be a major deciding factor on any return ... Not a great first impression and a complete let down!
